ARTICLE 1-PARTIES
ARTICLE 1.1-SELLER

ARTICLE 4-INFORMATION AND DELIVERY OF GOODS/PRODUCTS/SERVICES SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT

ARTICLE 5-BUYER'S COMMITMENT AND RESPONSIBILITY

ARTICLE 7-BOOKING AND TRANSPORT RULES

8-if the fee is paid in a currency other than the currency in which it was announced, the evaluation will be made at the Central Bank Foreign Exchange purchase rate at the time of purchase of the reservation.
9-a specific seat number is not guaranteed in the vehicle.

ARTICLE 8-REFUSAL AND LIMITATION OF TRANSPORT

ARTICLE 9-ITEMS NOT CONSIDERED BAGGAGE

ARTICLE 11-CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION OF THE TRIP AND REFUND OF THE FEE
1-services purchased under this agreement may not be requested by the seller to change the passenger, date, time and location information in any way. Buyer agrees and undertakes that he will not change the services purchased under this agreement in any way after confirmation of the sale and will not request a refund.

ARTICLE 12-TERMS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE
